Rooms

 

Standard Room – No kitchen, 2 queen beds, sleeps up to 4 people, adjoins the 1 Bedroom Suite - $124.95

 

Executive Suite – corner kitchen (stove, fridge, bar and table for 4), 2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed, sleeps up to 6 people, small living room - $145.95

 

1 Bedroom Suite – full kitchen, 2 twin beds or 1 king bed, 1 queen sofa bed, sleeps up to 4 people, larger dinning room and living room - $166.95

 

2 Bedroom Suite – full kitchen, 2 queen beds, 2 twin or 1 king bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 people - $261.45

 

·        The number of people in rooms is what is allowed.  If anyone abuses this policy, they will be charged $124.95 for another bedroom.  No sleeping bags or air mattresses allowed for extra people.

 

·        All buildings are two stories without elevators.  If you have someone unable to use stairs, please indicate when you register.

 

·        There is no bellman service unless requested.  If requested, a tip of $2 per item will be expected.

 

·        Assemblies will be charge for using any of the food or drink items in the suites.  You can bring your own food.

 

·        It is recommended that you bring dishwasher detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, large garbage bags, and disposable products (napkins, cups, plates, utensils).

 

·        High Speed Internet is available in the room at a cost of $12.00.  The charge is noon-noon.

 

·        When completing the Rooming Form, please list all occupants of a room together and leave a blank line between rooms.

 

·        If requesting a Standard Room, please indicate if a king bed is desired.

 

·        Mark a 0 in the Arrival Date if a person is attending a banquet and not staying overnight.

 

·        No refunds or cancellations after May 21st.

 

·        All room inquiries go through Patsy or Bonnie not the Innisbrook Resort.

 

·        There are limited numbers of each type of room.

 

·        Room types are not guaranteed.

 

·        Rooms will not be held until receipt of completed forms and 1st payment.

 

·        Rooms will be assigned based on order 1st payment and forms were received.

2007 Grand Officer Luncheon – Friday, June 22 – Noon - $18.00 this includes all 2007 Grand Officers, Grand Representatives, Grand Pages, Personal Pages or Grand Choir.

 

Firefly Fiesta (Girls Social) – Friday, June 22 –  6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. - $5.00

 

General Banquet – Saturday, June 23 – 6:00 p.m. - $35.00

 

Grand Deputies Breakfast – Sunday, June 24 - 7:45 a.m. - $16.00

 

Past Grand Officer/FL Alumni Breakfast – Sunday, June 24 - 7:45 a.m. - $16.00

 

Grand Cross Luncheon – Sunday, June 24 – Noon - $20.00

 

Mother Advisor/Grand Deputy Luncheon/Workshop – Monday, June 25 – Noon - $20.00

 

2008 Grand Officers Luncheon – Monday, June 25 – Noon - $ 18.00 + $22.00 for Spectrum and other Grand Officer/Representative responsibilities.  Tickets will go on sale the morning of the luncheon at Registration Desk in Inverness Hall

One Session Only - $5.00

 

·        You must be registered and wear a badge to attend any banquet or session except Installation.

 

·        Persons attending only the Grand Cross Luncheon and Grand Cross Ceremony may register for One Session Only.

 

·        If registering a Grand Officer or Grand Representative, please indicate their office or states below their name.

 

·        Anyone attending only the General Banquet is listed under Single Session.
